Use all the ballots in your packet.

Each member of the POA shall be entitled to cast that number of weighted votes, according to the type(s) of your POA membership. 

That means that you vote by Lot (Account) #, not person(s), and the number of votes you cast are weighted in this manner.  

Lot with Dwelling:

One ballot with a weight of 2 votes (for every lot with dwelling you own).

Lot Only no Dwelling:

One ballot with a weight of 1 vote (for every lot you own).

Mark your decision on each ballot in your packet.

Sign the ballot.

The owner and/or co-owner of the lot must sign and date the ballot. Include your printed name, the date, and POA lot (Account) #.  

Return it on time.

There are several ways to get your vote in on time:

1) Place your ballot into the pre-addressed, postage paid envelope, and return it to be received by August 26th. 

2) Mail in your own envelope: to: Mauldin & Jenkins

All of these methods need to be received by end of business day on August 26th.
